Coldwell Banker Realty Referral Network provides a professional referral platform for licensed real estate professionals who serve in a referral-only capacity. Through the network, clients can be introduced to licensed, active real estate agents who are able to assist directly with their real estate needs.
As a Referral Associate, my role is limited to making professional agent introductions. I do not actively practice real estate sales, list property, represent buyers or sellers, provide real estate advice, negotiate contracts, discuss pricing, or participate in real estate transactions. My focus is connection, clarity, and ensuring that clients are introduced to a licensed, active agent who can communicate with them directly.

Travis B. Walker is a licensed Hawaii real estate professional affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty Referral Network as a Referral Associate. Travis provides referral-only introductions to licensed, active real estate agents nationwide.
Travis does not actively practice real estate sales, represent buyers or sellers, provide market advice, negotiate contracts, or participate in real estate transactions. His role is focused on making professional, discreet, and transparent agent introductions through the Referral Network. Referral fees may be received through his brokerage. This aligns with the required referral-only disclosures in the marketing guidelines.
As a U.S. Army veteran, Travis brings a background shaped by service, professionalism, travel, and a deep appreciation for place. He has traveled to Mexico, Italy, and Germany, served our great nation with the U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii, lived in California, and now resides in the Nation’s Capital region. His interest in business aviation, tropical destinations, coastal living, interior design, country landscapes, international cultures and historical sites informs his appreciation for diverse communities, lifestyles, and meaningful professional connections.
Through the Coldwell Banker Realty Referral Network, Travis can submit referral requests for residential listings, residential purchases, commercial listings, commercial purchases, and land or lot referrals. Once a referral request is submitted, the client is introduced to a separate licensed, active real estate agent who may communicate with the client directly regarding their real estate needs.
